Who can use LetterFox

LetterFox is for parents, guardians and adults aged 18 or over. Accounts and purchases must be made by an adult. Children use the printed pages, not the website.

Your Home & Family License

Every LetterFox purchase includes a personal license for use within your own household.

• Print as many copies as you like for the children in your home
• Reprint pages whenever you need a fresh copy
• Lifetime All-Access covers unlimited children in your household

What isn't allowed

• Selling, reselling or sharing LetterFox pages or files
• Classroom, school, tutoring-centre or co-op distribution without a separate license
• Uploading pages to file-sharing sites or public websites
• Removing LetterFox branding or claiming the content as your own
• Entering offensive or harmful words into the Custom Word Studio

Digital delivery

Workbooks are digital. They open in your browser right after purchase, and you print them or save them as a PDF yourself. Nothing is posted to you. You're responsible for your own printer, paper and ink.

Payments & refunds

All prices are in US dollars and are one-time payments with no subscriptions. Purchases are covered by our 7-Day Happiness Guarantee: a full refund within 7 days if your first generated workbook isn't right for your child. On multi-pack tiers, once two or more workbooks have been generated, downloaded or printed, change-of-mind refunds no longer apply, but genuine technical faults are always resolved, in line with consumer law.

Educational disclaimer

LetterFox workbooks are fun practice materials that support learning at home. They don't replace a teacher, occupational therapist, speech pathologist or medical assessment. Dyslexia-friendly and left-handed options are helpful supports, not treatments.

Content & characters

Tilly the Fox, her friends, and all workbook content and designs remain the property of LetterFox.

Limits & changes

We work hard to keep LetterFox available and accurate, but it's provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
