Privacy Policy

Parent accounts only

LetterFox is used by parents and guardians, not children. Children never create accounts, sign in, or enter information themselves. We follow the principles of the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU/UK GDPR and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we store

• Your parent account details from your sign-in provider (name and email)
• The minimum workbook details you choose to enter: a child's first name, grade, theme and print settings
• A history of the workbooks you've made, so you can reprint them
• Which plan you've unlocked, so you never pay twice
• Your email, child's first name and grade if you join the free sample mailing list
• Words you type into the Custom Word Studio

The free 5-page sample needs a sign-in, so it can be saved to your account and reprinted any time. One sample per family. If you'd rather not sign in, you're welcome to look around the site. Nothing about your child is collected or saved unless you make a workbook.

How we use it

• To make and save your personalized workbooks
• To remember your purchases across devices
• To send emails you asked for, such as receipts or sample updates. You can unsubscribe at any time

What we never do

• We never sell your or your child's information
• We never share it with third parties for advertising or marketing
• We never show ads to children or track them across other websites

Cookies & browser storage

We only use storage that's needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your workbook settings. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who helps us run LetterFox

Trusted service providers host our website and data, handle sign-in and, once live, process payments. They only use your information to provide that service to us. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by LetterFox.

Your rights & one-click deletion

You can see, correct or delete your information at any time. On your "My workbooks" page, use Delete all my data to permanently remove every child profile and print record linked to your account. You can also remove individual workbooks. For anything else, email support@letterfox.app and we'll reply within 30 days.

Keeping data safe

Your data is protected so that only your signed-in account can see it. We keep it while your account is active and delete it when you ask us to.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and tell account holders about important changes.
